Research Interest

My research focuses on the fabrication and applications of nanomaterials, as well as the characterization of their properties, including
  • Thin film (2-D) deposition of metals and metal oxides via atomic layer deposition (ALD) and chemical vapor deposition(CVD)
  • Particles (0-D) and3-D structures from sol-gel of metal oxides
  • Surface characterizations
