Research interest
My recent works focus on (1) microalgal cultivation in various photobioreactor designs and operations to produce high value biorefinery products as well as the production of live feed for aquaculture hatchery, and (2) optimizing microbial process for agri-and agro-industrial waste reutilization. I also work, to lesser extent, on topics such as algal biomass separation and solvent extraction and antibiotic removal from wastewater using hollow fiber supported liquid membrane.
